Elizabeth and Cyntha Ellen.
John, Mary Jane, James and Peggy Ann Ogles, all over l4, chose their father
John Ogles as guardian.
Thomas Napier, security for bond of Luisa Bailey as guardian to her children,
Mary Jane, William M. , Mahala R., Elizabeth C., Tennessee E. and Hiram P.,
infant children of Hiram Bailey, deceased, asked for more security. She
refused and was removed as guardian.
James Motley appointed administrator of the estate of Elias Johnson, made
bond of $500 with John M. Motley as security. Pheriby Johnson, widow,
relinquished right of dower.

Hardy Weatherspoon appointed guardian of Mary E. Johns, infant daughter of
Charles Johns.
Will of Henry Johnson proven by Willis Austin and Willis Johnson. Henderson
and Berry Johnson executed bond of $500 with Willis Austin as security.
Ordered Jeremiah Hinton to settle claim allowed his brother last year.
